    Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physical Assistant

    Location: Orlando, Florida Employment Type: Full-Time (40hrs a week) Schedule: Flexible (weekday-focused Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM, minimal evenings)

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician’s Assistant to join our growing wellness-focused clinic. This role is ideal for a confident clinician who values preventive care, patient education, and long-term health optimization. The provider will deliver comprehensive patient care in accordance with Florida practice laws and clinic protocols, collaborating with a supervising physician as required.

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and lifestyle evaluations for patients seeking longevity treatments

    Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions within a wellness-focused model

    Develop personalized treatment plans emphasizing prevention, longevity, and patient-centered care

    Prescribe, adjust, and monitor therapy regimens in accordance with clinical evidence and safety guidelines, and within scope of practice

    Manage adverse reactions, complications, and comorbid conditions associated with prescribed therapies

    Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests related to endocrine function, metabolic health, and overall wellness (e.g., metabolic panels, hormone levels, preventive screenings)

    Provide education patients about risks, benefits, expectations, and alternatives to treatments on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and disease prevention

    Provide lifestyle counseling related to nutrition, sleep, stress management, and exercise as it relates to longevity health

    Perform wellness-related procedures as applicable (e.g., injections, IV therapy, weight management support)

    Collaborate with supervising physician and interdisciplinary team as required

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR

    Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Florida Board of Nursing regulations

    Maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes for all patients

    Maintain a clear, organized, and hygienic work area based on health and safety regulations and the guidelines of the medical institution

    Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement, retention, and quality improvement initiatives

    Participate in all sales initiatives, including but not limited to, using suggestive sales techniques to explain the benefits of the medical and wellness care offered by the clinic(s)

    Complete all initial and future franchisor required training within the required timeframe

    Qualifications

    Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program

    Active Florida APRN license in good standing

    National NP certification (AANP or ANCC)

    Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner (wellness, primary care, or preventive medicine preferred)

    DEA registration and prescriptive authority in good standing

    Current BLS certification

    Preferred Experience

    Background in wellness, integrative care, or preventive health

    Experience with PRP (facial, hair, and injury treatment)

    Hormone replacement / hormone pellet procedure experience

    Micro-needling, and Botox/neuromodulators/ facial aesthetics

    Comfort managing a patient panel and collaborating with a supervising physician

    Strong interest in patient education and relationship-based care
