    Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Medical Aesthetics, Wellness & Hormone Therapy

    We are a growing luxury wellness and medical aesthetics practice in Austin seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for aesthetics, longevity medicine, weight loss management, and hormone optimization.

    About the Role:

    Join La Bella Med Aesthetics as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in the vibrant city of Austin, TX! In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional patient care while working alongside a dedicated team in a cutting-edge aesthetic and wellness clinic.

    The ideal candidate is confident, personable, clinically sharp, and experienced in both cosmetic medicine and wellness-based care. We are looking for someone who can build strong patient relationships, deliver exceptional outcomes, and grow alongside the practice long-term.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

    Administer aesthetic procedures, including injectables and laser treatments.

    Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal results.

    Educate patients on post-treatment care and overall skin health.

    Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

    Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and procedures.

    Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.

    Conduct consultations for aesthetic and wellness patients

    Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including:

    Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.)

    Dermal fillers

    Biostimulators and regenerative treatments preferred

    Manage medical weight loss patients using GLP-1 medications

    Evaluate and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) patients

    Develop personalized treatment plans

    Educate patients on skincare, wellness, and longevity therapies

    Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow-up protocols

    Collaborate with the physician owner and clinical team

    Help foster a luxury, relationship-driven patient experience

    Requirements:

    Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Texas.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting.

    Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures and patient care best practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    Passion for aesthetics and commitment to ongoing education.

    Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

    Qualifications:

    Active Texas NP or PA license

    Minimum 1–2 years experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, HRT, or related fields preferred

    Experience with cosmetic injectables strongly preferred

    Knowledge of GLP-1 therapies and hormone optimization

    Strong consultation and communication skills

    Professional, polished, and patient-centered demeanor

    Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing with the practice

    Preferred Experience:

    Aesthetic injectables training/certifications

    Experience with peptide therapy, longevity medicine, or functional wellness

    Existing patient following is a plus, but not required

    Social media comfort and personal branding experience appreciated
