Role Summary

We’re hiring a Wound Care Provider (NP or PA) to join our dynamic care team, working closely with:

NPs, PAs, MAs, and hospital/post‑acute care partners

As part of this interdisciplinary group, you’ll assess, treat, and monitor patients with complex or chronic wounds—often in assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehab facilities.

Qualifications

Active NP or PA license in Idaho

Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWCN, or equivalent) preferred

Experience in wound care, geriatric, or post‑acute settings

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills

Compassionate, team‑oriented approach
