Vive Aesthetics & Wellness, a premier aesthetics and wellness practice in Marlton, NJ, is dedicated to empowering patients to look and feel their best through a comprehensive and personalized approach to health. We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) to lead and grow our medically supervised wellness and weight loss program , with a focus on long-term health transformation.

This position is a dedicated wellness role and offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about improving patients’ lives through functional medicine, weight loss, hormonal optimization, and preventative care. While you’ll collaborate with the aesthetics team to educate patients about available treatments, this position is fully focused on wellness and is ideal for someone seeking to build a lasting career in this area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the practice’s wellness and weight loss program , including comprehensive patient health assessments, lab reviews, and development of personalized wellness plans.

• Manage ongoing weight loss patient care, with a focus on long-term results and overall health optimization.

• Prescribe medication, supplements, and treatments aligned with the practice’s wellness offerings, including hormonal optimization.

• Communicate proactively with patients via email, phone, and the EMR, ensuring they feel supported throughout their wellness journey.

• Collaborate with the aesthetics team to educate patients about services without compromising your primary focus on wellness.

• Participate in team-building events, ongoing training, and regular team meetings to stay at the forefront of wellness innovations.

• Document patient care thoroughly in the EMR and adhere to safety and HIPAA protocols.

• Model the practice’s commitment to exceptional patient experiences and professional collaboration.

• Create or maintain a professional Instagram page to collaborate with Vive's page, helping bring awareness to the wellness services offered and educate patients about symptoms, treatments, and solutions available.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A dedication to wellness and preventative care , with a long-term commitment to growing this aspect of the practice.

• Experience in or a strong interest in weight loss, nutrition, hormonal balancing, functional medicine, and anti-aging care (training will be provided as needed).

• A willingness to take initiative and ownership of the wellness program’s success, fostering patient loyalty and program growth.

• Proficiency or interest in leveraging social media, particularly Instagram, to build patient awareness and engagement around wellness services and offerings.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on patient education, collaboration, and satisfaction.

• Analytical skills to design personalized, effective treatment plans.

• Confidence in discussing wellness services and products to support patient goals and practice growth.

• A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude that thrives in a people-centered environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

• Current licensure in New Jersey (NP or PA).

• Valid DEA and CDS licenses.

• Liability insurance policy.

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position , but we are open to starting part-time with the expectation of transitioning to full-time ideally by May 2025. Availability every other Saturday (September - June) is required as part of the regular schedule, with Saturdays off during the summer months.
