    We are a multidisciplinary pain management and aesthetics practice seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across both interventional pain management procedures and aesthetic treatments, with a focus on safety, patient education, and efficient practice operations. The NP will collaborate with physicians and support staff to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

    Key Responsibilities

    Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with acute and chronic pain and aesthetic concerns.

    Perform high-level, minimally invasive interventional procedures with appropriate supervision and oversight, including:

    Local anesthetic injections for pain relief

    Occipital nerve blocks and related headache-targeted injections

    Trigger point injections at identifiable pain sites

    Hyaluronic acid joint injections (e.g., knee, shoulder) for degenerative or overuse-related pain

    Injectable neuropathy therapies and regenerative injections (e.g., PRP)

    IV vitamin/nutrient therapies in a dedicated infusion setting

    PRP or stem cell approaches as applicable

    Preauthorize and coordinate with payers as required; assist with documentation to support appropriate coding and reimbursement.

    Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust therapies as needed.

    Educate patients on procedural expectations, post-procedure care, risk/benefit considerations, and alternative options.

    Ensure strict adherence to state regulations, clinic policies, and payer requirements.

    Maintain accurate, compliant medical records, including procedure notes, consent forms, and follow-up documentation.

    Collaborate with the clinical team on practice operations, including scheduling, room turnover, and throughput optimization.

    Contribute to marketing and patient education materials relevant to offered procedures and services.

    Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

    Qualifications

    Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Illinois with DEA registration where required.

    Certification in specialized procedures or willingness to obtain required credentials

    Demonstrated experience in pain management, anesthetic injections, nerve blocks, musculoskeletal injections, or aesthetic procedures is preferred.

    Knowledge of or ability to learn IV therapy logistics, infusion safety, and related clinic operations.

    Strong understanding of payer policies, preauthorization processes, coding basics, and documentation requirements.

    Excellent communication skills for patient education, team collaboration, and patient rapport.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-modality clinical environment with attention to throughput and quality care.

    Commitment to high ethical standards, patient safety, and professional boundaries.

    Skills and Competencies

    Procedural proficiency with local anesthesia, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, hyaluronic acid injections, and injectable regenerative therapies as permitted by state practice.

    Competence in assessing candidacy for procedures, setting expectations, and managing post-procedural care.

    Familiarity with IV therapy logistics, including room setup, patient monitoring, and adverse event management.

    Strong documentation practices aligned with regulatory and payer requirements.

    Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving service lines and workflows.

    Customer-service orientation with a focus on patient experience and satisfaction.
