Southern Missouri Community Health Center is seeking an energetic, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to work at our Thayer Clinic located at 9394 US Highway 63, Thayer, MO 65791 and the Thayer School Clinic located at the Thayer Elementary School. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm closed an hour for lunch. The NP will assume responsibility for quality of healthcare services while delivering direct patient care. NP will participate in community activities that support the mission of SMCHC which is to provide access to quality, affordable medical, dental, and mental health care delivered with respect and compassion to all individuals in need of such services.

The chosen candidate will receive 9 paid Holidays, and accrue 22 days of PTO a year. SMCHC pays 100% of Medical, Dental, 20K life insurance and Long-Term Disability. Offering dependent coverage, vision, accident, voluntary life, short-term disability, critical illness and hospital indemnity as payroll deduction. 401K with a 5% match of gross wages.
