    About Us

    Balance Medicine & Wellness LLC is a newly formed medical practice expanding from an established multidisciplinary wellness center. We provide evidence-based, integrative medical services focused on physical medicine, recovery, and functional optimization. Our model combines medical care with chiropractic and rehabilitative services in a collaborative clinical environment.

    We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to help launch and grow our medical services who is ideally OUT OF NETWORK with insurance companies.

    Role Overview

    The Nurse Practitioner will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal and functional conditions, administer medical therapies, and collaborate closely with our chiropractic and rehabilitation teams. This role operates under a New Jersey-compliant supervising/collaborating medical provider.

    Responsibilities

    Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visit

    Prescribe and administer IV vitamin infusions

    Prescribe and manage peptide therapies (training/education will be provided)

    Perform trigger point injections

    Allergy testing

    Hormone testing

    Mens/Womens Health

    Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

    Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation (EMR)

    Coordinate care with team of providers

    Adhere to NJ scope-of-practice and prescribing regulations

    Qualifications

    Active New Jersey APRN license (required)

    National board certification (AANP or ANCC)

    DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

    Experience with injections and IV therapy preferred

    Interest in integrative, physical medicine, or wellness-based care

    Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
