Clinic Director (NP/PA) – High-Earning, Leadership Role | Gameday Men’s Health Fresno

Gameday Men’s Health Fresno is hiring a Clinic Director (NP or PA) to lead clinical operations in a fast-growing, high-demand men’s health practice.

This is not a traditional primary care role. You’ll work with motivated patients, practice modern medicine, and have a direct impact on clinic growth—without hospital bureaucracy, nights, or weekends.

Procedural training provided (pellets, PRP, etc.)

What you’ll do

Lead all clinical operations and set the standard of care

Conduct consultations, interpret labs, and build treatment plans

Prescribe and manage TRT, GLP-1s, peptides, and ED treatments

Perform procedures (pellets, PRP/P-Shot) – training provided

Oversee in-house lab testing and ensure compliance

Mentor and lead a small MA team

Drive patient experience, retention, and clinical outcomes

What we’re looking for

Licensed NP or PA (California, in good standing)

Strong clinical judgment and confidence with patients

Leadership mindset—you want ownership, not just a shift

Experience in men’s health, primary care, or similar (preferred, not required)

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary + aggressive monthly bonus structure

Realistic earning potential: $150K–$220K+
