    About the Job

    The job focuses on delivering advanced men’s health services, including hormone optimization, weight management, and regenerative treatments. As a provider, you will play a key role in designing individualized treatment plans and building lasting relationships with patients. This is not your typical primary care setting—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients by guiding them toward improved confidence, health, and overall well-being. You’ll work closely with a collaborative clinical team to ensure a high-quality, concierge-style experience for every patient.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Deliver expert care in a fast-paced, high-energy clinic setting.

    • Provide a concierge-style patient experience where education, empathy, and clear communication are paramount.

    • Conduct comprehensive health histories and physicals, tailoring treatments to individual patient goals.

    • Order and interpret labs to create personalized, results-driven treatment plans.

    • Educate patients on advanced therapies like testosterone replacement, wave therapy, peptide protocols, and PRP treatments.

    • Partner with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

    • Offer guidance on healthy lifestyle modifications, including nutrition, fitness, and stress management.

    • Maintain efficient, accurate EMR documentation.

    • Stay current on cutting-edge therapies and best practices in men’s health.

    Qualifications :

    • Previous clinical experience preferred; experience in men's health or hormone therapy is a plus.

    • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

    • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Nebraska.

    • Active DEA license in the state of Nebraska.

    • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills.

    • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)

    • Passion for patient-centered care and exceptional service experience

    • Hormone management or men’s health experience is a plus—but a passion for wellness and learning is essential

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
