    About the Role:

    Medical Pain & Spine Care of Indiana is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Pain Management team in Noblesville, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering expert, individualized care in a dynamic and supportive clinical environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions

    Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical examinations

    Perform appropriate in-office procedures and treatments within the provider's scope of practice and training.

    Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations

    Order and interpret diagnostic studies such as imaging and lab work to guide pain management strategies

    Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

    Educate patients and families on pain management techniques, treatment options, and medication safety

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

    Requirements:

    Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Indiana

    Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or a related specialty preferred

    DEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances

    Strong knowledge of interventional and pharmacological pain management approaches

    Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient-centered care skills

    Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
