    Location: Murfreesboro, TN Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $60–$80/hour or salary equivalent depending on experience

    About the Practice

    We are a physician-owned multispecialty medical group in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, consisting of internal medicine and interventional pain management.

    Our practice is busy and growing, and we are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the pain management side of the practice. This role will focus on medical management of pain patients, allowing the physician to focus on interventional procedures.

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, physician-led private practice with an established patient base and strong referral network.

    Position Overview

    The NP/PA will work primarily with chronic pain patients performing:

    Medication management

    Follow-up visits

    Treatment plan adjustments

    Patient education

    Coordination of care with the physician

    This position does NOT involve performing procedures.

    Responsibilities

    Evaluate and manage patients with chronic pain conditions

    Conduct follow-up visits and medication management

    Manage opioid and non-opioid pain therapies when appropriate

    Review imaging and diagnostic studies with patients

    Educate patients on treatment options and expectations

    Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

    Requirements

    Active Tennessee NP or PA license (or eligibility)

    Minimum 2 years of experience in pain management or related specialty

    Comfortable managing chronic pain medications

    Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinic setting

    Strong communication and patient education skills

    Preferred Experience

    Experience in one or more of the following areas:

    Pain management

    Orthopedics

    Physical medicine & rehabilitation

    Neurology

    Primary care with chronic pain management
