    Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Studio Health)

    Cedar Recovery, LLC is an ASAM Level I outpatient treatment facility that employs an array of evidenced-based treatment modalities to provide an integrated model of care of medical, counseling, and therapeutic interventions to treat every patient’s individual needs and promote long-term sustainable recovery from substance use disorder. While Cedar Recovery provides care for all substance use disorders, it has a primary focus on treating opioid use disorder with medications such as Buprenorphine and/or Naltrexone (MAT).

    About the role:

    The ANP or PA will treat patients as part of the medically assisted recovery program. The provider will work with the Cedar Clinical Team to deliver a collaborative model of medical care in conjunction with counseling and therapy interventions.

    We are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assis t ant to join our Studio Health team. In this fully remote position, you will play a vital role in assisting patients through telemedicine consultations, providing guidance, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our virtual healthcare services.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide initial medical diagnosis

    • Identify medical and health risks

    • Formulate appropriate differential diagnosis based on history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing

    • Record and review medication management in accordance with state, agency, and third-party payer standards

    • Complete accurate and timely documentation of observations, interventions, plan of care, referrals, and follow-up

    • Remain current in best practices, motivate staff to provide quality care, and complete documentation in a timely fashion

    • Make appropriate referrals to other health professionals and community agencies

    • Contribute to continuing education, expert blogs, and ongoing outreach marketing activities

    Requiring:

    • MSN from accredited college/university

    • DEA License in good standing

    • Currently licensed in Tennessee and such license is not restricted

    • No reportable items to the National Practitioner Data Bank within the last ten (10) years

    • Active TennCare Number

    • One year of experience in treatment of opioid or other substance use disorders
