Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Pain Management (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Location: St. Peters, MO (with potential to float to Fenton, MO)
Practice Overview:
Join our established and growing pain management practice led by a collaborative team of three experienced physicians. We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients living with chronic pain. We are currently seeking two Advanced Practice Providers (NPs or PAs) – one full-time and one part-time – to support our mission and expand patient access to care.
Position Highlights:
Setting: Outpatient pain management
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no nights, holidays, or weekends
Team: Work closely with a dedicated team of physicians and clinical staff
Locations: Primary location in St. Peters, MO , with occasional coverage in Fenton, MO clinic
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans
Perform follow-up evaluations and monitor treatment effectiveness
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Document patient visits accurately and timely in the EMR system ( E Clinical Works)
Educate patients on treatment options and pain management strategies
Qualifications:
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Missouri
DEA license or eligibility to obtain
Experience in pain management, physical medicine & rehab, neurology, or related specialty preferred – willing to train the right candidate
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
