    Job Title: Nurse (RN) – Assisted Living Facility Location: Roseville, Minnesota Position Type: Part-Time / PRN (Flexible Scheduling)

    About Us: We are a small, 5-bed assisted living facility in Roseville, MN, focused on providing personalized, high-quality care in a home-like environment. Our goal is to support residents with dignity, independence, and compassionate care.

    Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Nurse (RN or LPN) with a background in assisted living or long-term care in Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone who values a low-resident ratio and the ability to provide attentive, relationship-based care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform resident assessments and ongoing monitoring

    Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

    Coordinate care with providers, pharmacies, and families

    Maintain accurate and compliant documentation (per MN assisted living regulations)

    Supervise and support caregivers/CNAs as needed

    Assist with care planning and updates

    Ensure compliance with Minnesota Department of Health assisted living standards

    Respond to resident needs and changes in condition

    Qualifications:

    Active RN license in the State of Minnesota

    Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred

    Familiarity with Minnesota assisted living regulations strongly preferred

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    Ability to work independently in a small setting

    Current CPR/First Aid certification

    Familiar with the Residex database

    Schedule & Compensation:

    Flexible schedule (part-time or PRN)
