RiverMead is a not-for-profit, full-service Lifecare Community located in Peterborough, New Hampshire. We are committed to providing exceptional care while fostering a positive and team-oriented workplace.

Shift Differentials

• 2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour

• 3rd Shift: +$3.50/hour

• Weekends: +$1.50/hour (Friday 5 PM – Sunday midnight)

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct nursing care to assisted living residents in accordance with RiverMead policies and the nursing process.

• Conduct initial resident assessments and ongoing reassessments.

• Develop, implement, and revise care plans in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Neighborhood Coordinators, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Administer medications and perform therapeutic procedures including immunizations, wound care, and infection management.

• Follow physician orders and make referrals to appropriate disciplines as needed.

• Support residents' safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

• Current LPN license in the State of New Hampshire.

• Current CPR certification.
