Looking to join an exciting startup? NurseDash is expanding its team.  Founded in Houston, NurseDash is growing into multiple markets and regions across the country.  Our platform empowers nurses by connecting them to per diem shifts. We have a growing client base and are looking to add to our operations team.  

This role is based in Northeast Ohio, we are a mostly remote team, however, you need to be available to meet with clients and customers when those activities resume.  In the meantime, you will be working from home to help power our market.  The Operations Associate is our entry-level position on the team.  You will be working directly with the market leads to grow and optimize performance in your assigned market.  This will involve a heavy dose of customer service and outreach for our existing and prospective customers.  As an Ops Team member you will be responsible for:

1. Communicating with clients on both sides of our app.
2. Tracking Communications and being responsible for meeting operational KPI's
3. Preparing and analyzing market reports
4. Dealing with time-sensitive requests and problems.
5. Tech support for clients.
6. Helping grow our customer base through the day to day delivery on our customer promise.

This is a full-time salaried position and includes health, dental and vision.  Starting pay is between $39,800 to $45,000.
