Interview Requirements:

YOU MUST HAVE A VALID PENNSYLAVINA CNA LICENSE

Health Screen less than 1 year old (stating "Full duty, No Restrictions")

2 step PPD or Chest x-ray less than a year old

Clean criminal background

Reliable transportation - personal car prefered

Active cell phone

Willingness to travel with in Philadelphia and surrounding counties
