Sunset Care Homes LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides to join our caring team in Virginia Beach, VA, specifically for the 7am - 3pm shift. Full and Part Time potential. Alternating weekends required. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every single day. Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to nursing staff

Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents to prevent pressure injuries

Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents

Document resident care and observations accurately in accordance with facility protocols

Build supportive, trusting relationships with residents and their families

Requirements:

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Virginia.

Previous experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or residential care setting a plus

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with nursing staff

Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to serve others

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and assisting with transfers
