About the Role:

Provider Health Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join their team in Worthington, OH. Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff

Provide mobility assistance including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation support

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests for assistance

Support clinical staff with basic patient care tasks and documentation

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Requirements:

Current Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Ohio preferred

Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or home health setting is a plus

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control procedures

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical needs

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings or weekends

Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a team-oriented mindset

We will prefer someone with experience working with someone who has dementia (A PLUS)
