    Pay:$23-$25 PER HOUR

    Position Summary

    The Nursing Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified nursing professionals in healthcare facilities nationwide. This role requires extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage high-volume staffing needs while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead full-cycle recruitment for nursing positions including:

    Registered Nurses (RN)

    Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN)

    Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

    Travel Nurses and Per Diem Staff

    Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

    Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess clinical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    Verify credentials including licenses, certifications (BLS/ACLS), immunization records, and compliance documentation.

    Coordinate onboarding processes including background checks, drug screenings, and required documentation.

    Maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, hiring managers, and nursing professionals.

    Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and assignment details with candidates.

    Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Joint Commission standards.

    Mentor junior recruiters and support team development initiatives.

    Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration.

    Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare recruitment experience, specifically in nursing.

    Strong knowledge of travel nursing and allied healthcare staffing.

    Familiarity with credentialing requirements and compliance standards.

    Experience working with ATS and CRM systems.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Preferred Skills

    Established database of nursing candidates.

    Experience with multi-state licensing processes.

    Knowledge of The Joint Commission standards.

    Leadership or team management experience.
