    Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated, mission-driven, and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our 130+ bed facility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in skilled and long-term care management, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. This role requires a blend of leadership, financial acumen, and compassion for individuals with diverse needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and facility efficiency.
    • Lead and support our dedicated, compassionate, and capable staff of professionals who make a difference in our resident's lives.
    • Supervise staff across various departments, providing guidance and support to promote professional development.
    • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care plans tailored to individual needs.
    • Foster a positive, compassionate community environment that encourages resident engagement and satisfaction.
    • Address resident and family concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining open lines of communication.
    • Ensure proper medication administration protocols are followed by staff members.
    • Maintain our status and strong relationships as a leading community provider.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in long-term care and skilled care administration or related fields such as assisted living or home community care.
    • Working knowledge of state and federal regulations is required.
    • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and resource management.
    • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
    • Familiarity with medication administration practices and protocols.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents, families, and staff members.
    • A degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Active Nursing Home Administrator, licensed in Massachusetts.
