Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and high-impact Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. You will be responsible for the total management of the facility, ensuring the highest quality of resident care while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and fiscal health. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
Census & Revenue Management: Drive occupancy performance and census growth strategy through strategic partnerships and referral pipeline development.
Quality Improvement: Analyze state-mandated Quality Measures and KPIs to lead process improvement initiatives and maintain top-tier facility ratings.
Team Development: Recruit, hire, and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
Financial Oversight: Manage the facility P&L, optimize payor mix, and oversee Medicare/Medicaid authorization processes.
Regulatory Compliance: Act as the primary liaison for state surveys and ensure the facility exceeds all health and safety regulations.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
Licensure: Valid and current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of practice.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an NHA in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and drive operational turnarounds.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and public speaking skills, with a talent for "relationship-driven" management.
Clinical Understanding: Deep knowledge of OASIS, PDPM, and long-term care clinical workflows.
