- Compensation: competitive base salary plus up to 65% performance-based bonus

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California Nursing Home Administrator license
- Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong understanding of census development, financial performance, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead department heads and maintain staff engagement
- Experience operating in competitive healthcare markets preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility
- Drive census growth and financial performance in alignment with ownership expectations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead, develop, and retain department heads and frontline staff
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality and resident satisfaction
- Partner with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives
