Nursing Home Administrator - Skilled Nursing Facility
Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
Location: Mt. Vernon, OH.
Full Spectrum Staffing Solutions is a premier healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. At Full Spectrum, we are committed to connecting top-tier talent with leading healthcare providers.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to join a well-established skilled nursing facility in Mt. Vernon, OH.
This is an opportunity to lead a 99-bed facility with strong departmental leadership, a secure memory care unit, and no agency usage. The building maintains a stable census (averaging 92, budgeted at 95) and is located in an affluent community. The prior administrator is transferring internally, and the team is looking for a leader who can continue driving culture, accountability, and clinical consistency. The building is back in survey compliance and is supported by a strong AD, a recently hired DON with regional experience (started 6/16), and department heads who are well-tenured and mission-aligned. Nurse managers are newer but motivated and eager to grow under the right leadership.
This is a full-time, permanent leadership position offering a competitive compensation package of $135,000.00, with the potential for additional incentives based on performance. This role is hiring immediately.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
Admissions – great AD, building reputation, and good Google reviews
DON started 6/16, brings strong regional background
No agency
Good, caring staff that are resilient and mission-driven
