Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize electronic health record (EHR) systems to improve clinical workflows.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify informatics needs and implement solutions.

Ensure data integrity and security within healthcare information systems.

Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends in nursing informatics.

Facilitate communication between IT and clinical teams to enhance system usability.

Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to informatics.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of informatics initiatives on patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Informatics, or a related field.

Active RN license in the state of Georgia.

Experience with EHR systems and clinical workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Certification in Nursing Informatics (e.g., ANCC) preferred.
