Today we are hiring a Nursing Manager (IMC) for our client in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsible for the 24 hour management of the assigned unit assuring patient care meets the standard of care. An acute care Intermediate Care (IMC) experience typically involves providing care to patients who require a higher level of monitoring and treatment than a standard medical-surgical unit but do not need the intensive care of an ICU. These patients often have complex medical conditions, may be recovering from surgery, or may be experiencing complications from existing illnesses. The IMC serves as a bridge between the ICU and the general medical-surgical floor, providing a level of care that is more advanced than a typical floor but less intense than the ICU
