We are seeking an experienced Surgical Services Manager to lead, support, and develop our talented staff; oversee four operating rooms and two procedure rooms; and advance our growing service lines, including general surgery, robotics, orthopedics, ENT, and urology.

In this key leadership role, you will strengthen departmental processes, champion clinical excellence, and foster a culture where patients and team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to deliver their best.

• Ensure patient care delivery aligns with regulatory standards and clinical best practices.

Qualifications

_ What’s Required_

• BSN required
• MHA, MBA, or MSN (completed within 5 years of hire)
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in Surgical Services
