Large managed care company is seeking a Nursing Shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate nursing activities during scheduled shifts. This is a leadership role that requires sound clinical judgment and the ability to manage unit operations and staffing.

WORK LOCATION: 2 Coulter Rd, Clifton Springs, NY 14432. Applicants MUST reside within 75 miles of this address

PAY: $50.00

CONTRACT DATES: 8/11/25 - 11/15/25

HOURS: Day – 3x12s (D/N Rotation – Primarily Nights). Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and coordinate nursing activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and nursing staff performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active New York RN license
• Minimum of 1 year as an RN
• Backgrounds in Critical Care, Emergency Department, or Obstetrics is preferred
• Charting System: EPIC experience
• Must be willing to float as needed
