About the Role:

Lifetime Family Medicine LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead our clinical team at our Family Medicine office in Gainesville, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding nursing staff while delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a warm, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support daily clinical nursing operations within a fast-paced family medicine office

Oversee scheduling, workflow, and performance of nursing and medical assistant staff

Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, OSHA standards, and HIPAA regulations

Assist providers with patient examinations, procedures, and care coordination

Conduct staff training, onboarding, and ongoing clinical education

Monitor and maintain medication management, vaccine administration, and supply inventory

Serve as a point of escalation for patient concerns and clinical issues

Requirements:

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia

2+ years of nursing experience in a primary care or family medicine setting preferred

Prior supervisory or lead nursing experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, EMR systems (Athenahealth preferred), and medical office procedures

Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills

CPR/BLS certification required

Compassionate, organized, and patient-focused demeanor
