    FootCare by Nurses is a rapidly growing company that covers all of Western Massachusetts, Northern Connecticut and Cape Cod. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and accountable Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, field support, and leadership to a growing team of nurses delivering specialized foot care services across multiple care settings.

    This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a mobile care environment, excels in real-time problem solving, and can balance clinical excellence with team leadership.

    The Nursing Supervisor provides day-to-day clinical oversight and operational problem solving to field nurses support. The position ensures that consumer care is delivered safely, documentation standards are maintained, and field staff have timely clinical guidance.

    Core Responsibilities

    Provide clinical guidance and consultation to field nurses.

    Ensure adherence to nursing standards, scope of practice, and organizational and clinical protocols.

    Review and address clinical documentation issues when escalated.

    Serve as the primary escalation point for clinical concerns in the field.

    Support nurses with complex patient situations.

    Assist with onboarding and mentoring new clinical staff.

    Work with scheduling and operations teams to address care delivery issues.

    Monitor visit completion, documentation compliance, and patient follow-up needs.

    Identify operational barriers impacting clinical care.

    Incident review and resolution.

    Initiate and support quality improvement initiatives.

    Communicate emerging issues affecting patient care or staff performance.

    Qualifications

    Active RN/NP license (state-specific)

    CFCN or CFCS preferred but not required; must be willing to obtain

    Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

    Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program

    Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience

    Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

    Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills

    Excellent communication and organizational abilities

    Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

    Demonstrated ability to support others

    Our home office is based in Greenfield, MA. While it may not be necessary to live locally, we do ask that applicants be willing to spend a great deal of time in our home office. Applicants must obtain either CFCS or CFCN.
