    ABOUT THE POSITION

    The Customer Service/Data Entry is primarily responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the company. Maintaining customer service account information and updating Company’s database on a timely manner .This position works closely with our Customer service supervisor and warehouse departments to determine the quickest, most effective ways to resolving any issues.

    WORK SCHEDULE : Monday– Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Compiles and sorts customer orders and account information and establishes entry priorities, reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. Interacts as needed with other personnel for clarification on orders prior to order entry
    • Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
    • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail
    • On a timely basis, enters customer orders and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents
    • Reviews and verifies entered data for deficiencies or errors, corrects errors and checks all output for accuracy
    • Assists with maintaining efficient operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
    • Assists with answering phones and directing activities as needed
    • Performs other related duties as requested by management

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1-2 years customer service experience
    • Minimum 1 year related data entry experience strongly preferred
    • Fast and accurate data entry skills
    • Must be highly detail oriented with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy
    • Positive attitude and ability to work in team environment.
    • Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Must be bilingual / Spanish
