POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Customer Engagement Manager in administration, execution and tracking of customer centric campaigns related to the loyalty and retention of existing Nutrisystem customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or management. In the event of absence, duties for this position will be overseen by the position to which it reports.
- Support NuMi app communication strategies by managing engagement calendar, implementing promotional offers and setting up app campaigns.
- Manage creative updates, tracking, testing, and reporting for multiple on-program email communication streams targeted to each stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Oversee changes to in-box print to support program updates and marketing goals
- Track all changes to the on-program customer experience and provide updates to the Customer Experience team
- Contribute ideas for product, promotion and campaign testing
- Support Customer Experience ecommerce projects and ensure all goals are met
- Submit creative requests, track campaigns and update reports
- Maintain promotion calendar and testing agenda
- Work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams including email, content, creative, ecommerce, legal and the contact center
QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDE EDUCATION AND SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE)
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications required
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Marketing or related field.
- Experience with Excel reporting.
- Computer Skills – Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, Google Analytics
- Marketing experience in an acquisition or retention role
- In App experience preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrate proven ability to multi-task, organize and follow through.
- Coordinate departmental task assignments to ensure timely completion.
- Strong attention to detail.
