Food Services Intern
Job Description
Engages in training for management duties under the guidance of a director in food services responsibilities.
Sets up tables with china, silverware, and other service equipment; and breaks down assigned rooms according to supervisor's instructions.
Services of food and beverages according to standards and event orders.
Carries out resident requests.
Maintains cleanliness of dining rooms, facility areas, pantry and storage areas.
Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
Maintains NMSC's high standards of quality and service.
Communicates frequently with supervisors and managers as to the progress of the day's work.
Performs other duties as assigned.
