Job Description

We are looking for a driven, energetic, highly skilled person to join our Nutrition instructor team at our Springfield Campus. This is a part-time/PRN position with the potential of Mon/Wed 8:30am-5:30pm.

Job Duties

• Instruct students in a classroom to prepare them for the job field.

• Manage a group of students with various learning styles.

• Effectively deliver the material so that each objective in the course is achieved.

• Submit grades and attendance in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with other the program manager to improve curriculum in the assigned discipline program.

• Consistently present a positive environment for learning and interaction.

Job Requirements

1. Graduated from an accredited certification program in wellness coaching and/or nutrition.

2. Two years experience in Nutrition & Wellness Coaching OR three-years work experience in the nutrition/wellness industry if #1 is not fulfilled.

3. Have a current certification or license to work in the field, or closely related field.

4. Demonstrate strength in instructional methodology, delivery, and techniques.

5. Display professionalism at all times and present in a way that is in the best interest of the school and the profession.

4-year degree a plus
