    Overview

    Reach7 Diabetes Studio in Columbus, GA is seeking a motivated, professional, and compassionate Nutritionist, Dietitian, Diabetes Educator, or Health Coach to join our team. This role works directly under our Lead Medical Provider to help members successfully implement recommended lifestyle changes related to nutrition, hydration, body composition, and metabolic health.

    This position is ideal for someone who loves coaching, thrives in a small team environment, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients in a high-touch, concierge-style setting.

    Position Summary

    You will help members translate medical recommendations into practical, real-world lifestyle habits. While the Medical Provider oversees diagnosis and treatment, you will focus on education, accountability, and implementation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lifestyle & Nutrition Coaching

    • Support members with individualized nutrition strategies aligned with the medical provider's care plan
    • Assist with meal planning, grocery strategy, portion guidance, and label reading
    • Provide hydration coaching and practical daily habit support
    • Guide members in tracking food intake and progress using digital tools and apps
    • Provide ongoing accountability and structured follow-up between provider visits
    • Educate members on how to utilize self-monitoring devices, including continuous glucose monitors, blood glucose monitors, blood pressure monitors, and weight scales

    Grocery Tours

    • Lead our Grocery Tour service in Publix next door to the clinic
    • Teach smart food selection, substitutions, label interpretation, and budgeting strategies
    • Help members build confidence navigating real-world food environments

    Body Composition & Health Technology

    • Perform or oversee body composition scans
    • Review scan results with members in a clear, motivating way
    • Document all interactions in the electronic health record
    • Utilize nutrition tracking platforms and other health technology tools to regularly engage members

    Team & Studio Support

    • Collaborate closely with the Medical Provider
    • Participate in marketing events and community outreach, including occasional evenings or weekends
    • Assist with front desk coverage and general facility support when needed
    • Perform other tasks to help maintain a polished, professional studio experience for our members

    Qualifications

    Required Qualities

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, concierge-level presence
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
    • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, small team environment
    • Comfortable working under medical leadership and taking ownership of responsibilities
    • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and navigate new systems
    • Supportive, compassionate, and sensitive to the needs of individuals managing chronic health conditions
    • Strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
    • Passion for improving long-term metabolic health and delivering a high-quality patient experience
    • Comfortable discussing services, guiding prospective members, and supporting membership enrollment in a professional and respectful manner

    Preferred, But Not Required

    • Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Exercise Science, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field
    • Certification such as NASM Nutrition Coach, Precision Nutrition, ISSA, ACE, or similar
    • Experience supporting individuals with diabetes, elevated A1c, or metabolic health goals
    • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN), nurse (RN/LPN), Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), or other relevant credential
