    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nutritionist/Supplement/Vitamin Salesperson to join our team at Thriftway Pharmacy. If you are ready to leverage your deep understanding of nutrition and supplements to help customers achieve their health goals, this is the role for you!

    Overview Thriftway Pharmacy located in the heart of NYC-Hell's Kitchen is looking for a positive, energetic, and sales focused Vitamin/Supplement Ambassador. This will be a fantastic opportunity selling top of the line nutritional supplements and vitamins at our pharmacy. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Bonus structure based on sales quota in place. Full time benefits are offered. This professional sales job is ideal for people looking to increase their income with a 3-5 day work week.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
    • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
    • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and promotions
    • Supervise and assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in direct sales of vitamins and supplements, preferably in a retail or grocery store setting.

    -Having an in-depth understanding of the vitamins and supplements, including ingredients.

    • Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and take on supervisory responsibilities when needed.
    • Familiarity with stock management practices is a plus.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $23.00 per hour plus commission based on sales.

    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
