Job Description

• Test development for Audio and other micro-controller embedded mixed signal devices
• Develop and validate self-test algorithms and BIST (built in self-test)
• New product test mode definitions: product team involvement, concept to production
• Develop test lists, test plans and test schematics for new products
• Develop hardware and software test solutions on ASL3K and CMA3650_MRX mixed signal test platforms for new products
• Support all product group test activities in headquarter regarding development and production
• Support product transfers to production (product release)
• Work with external vendors for both hardware and software
• Support ATE characterization
• Support cost reductions
