We are looking for a Senior Asset and Corporate Finance Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our client. They're currently an Am Law 50 firm that's scaling their practices in Nashville, Chicago, Dallas, and New York. We're looking for someone with big law firm experience that can hit the ground running with the team. 

Who is the ideal candidate?

• Preferred candidates will be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• They will be able to advise a variety of national and international clients across the firm’s global platform.
• Their Corporate Finance practice represents lenders, borrowers, servicers and other market participants in a wide range of financing transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Asset and Corporate Finance
• Top Am Law 100 firm experience with strong tenure
• Experience with leveraged finance, asset finance (including real estate finance) and/or loan workouts is desired.
