  • Responsibilities

    Our client is searching for a Civil Engineer to join their Nashville and/or Murfreesboro team in Tennessee. This position is responsible for leading civil site project design and production, client coordination, and communication. In addition, there will be stormwater managements design, and permitting for both residential and commercial projects. 

    What are the core responsibilities? 

    • Analyze survey plans, reports, and other data collected to design projects
    • Forecast and adhere to project timelines
    • Use AutoCAD Civil 3D software to create designs
    • Collaborate with state, local, and federal jurisdictions for permitting
    • Additional related duties as needed

    What are the minimum requirements?

    • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
    • 4-6+ years of professional experience in site design
    • Tennessee PE or ability to achieve by reciprocity within 6 months
    • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
    • Experience in site design, entitlements, and permitting with local jurisdictions

    The compensation depends on the experience of the person. It can range from $80,000 - $165,000 depending on the person, the projects, and their licensing. We have multiple positions at multiple levels available for the team at this time.
