We are looking for a Senior Concept Artist to join a studio working on 3 projects. All their projects are multiplayer stylized games. 

Job Description: We are seeking a talented Senior Concept Artist who is passionate about crafting fantasy worlds and characters. In this role, you will not only create concept art for game content but also play a significant role in shaping the visual direction of our products. Working closely with our Art Director, game designers, and fellow artists, you will develop high-quality concept art that is both functional and visually appealing, while staying true to the game's artistic style. Your input will be vital during concept art reviews to ensure consistency with the overall game design.

Responsibilities:

• Create, explore, and develop concept art for characters, weapons, and environments. Proficiency in character and creature concepting is highly desired.
• Collaborate closely with our Art Director, game designers, and other artists to meet the visual direction and requirements of game design.
• Participate in concept art reviews, providing feedback to ensure the art produced aligns with the game's overall design.
• Balance a cohesive visual direction with meticulous attention to detail, striving to enhance the overall style and look of the game.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a concept artist.
• A portfolio showcasing your concept art skills and creativity, with proficiency in various styles being a plus.
• Strong understanding of character design, prop design, and creatures. Proficiency in environmental concepting is advantageous.
• Excellent grasp of artistic principles, including form, proportions, volume, silhouette, color, and more.
• Proficiency in digital art tools such as Photoshop. Familiarity with 3D tools like ZBrush and Maya is beneficial.
• Understanding of 2D and 3D art asset pipelines for video games.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to seek assistance when needed and contribute support to others.
