Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its team in the Denver office.
What are the minimum requirements?
Ideal candidates will have 1-4 years of traditional labor and employment experience, be strong writers, and possess excellent research and analytical skills. Preferred candidates will possess a strong academic background, have compelling law school experience (e.g., law review, law journal, etc.) and/or have judicial clerkship experience. We are seeking candidates who have the ability to take depositions, handle administrative hearings, and serve as second chair in trials. A federal clerkship is highly desired but not required.
We are looking for someone willing to invest 1,800 billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), including at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
