    Twin Cities Aviation is a general aviation aircraft maintenance business that has been in operation since 1997; focused on EXCELLENCE and QUALITY SERVICE. TCA is an FAA Part 145 Repair Station, as well as a Cirrus and Icon Certified Service Center, and factory trained on Diamond aircraft. We are currently looking for skilled aircraft technicians who are Team Oriented and committed to Excellence, Quality, Safety, Compliance and Fulfillment of our Customer's Maintenance Needs.

    Job Summary:

    Works in coordination with the Chief Inspector, other company Technicians, Employees and Customers to provide aircraft maintenance services, including:

    • 100 Hour/Annual Inspections
    • Progressive Maintenance
    • Troubleshooting & Unscheduled Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical
    • systems.
    • Engine Removal/Replacement
    • Composite and Metallic Structural Repairs
    • Avionics Software Updates
    • Aircraft jacking, lifting, towing and manual movement
    • Cleaning and Lubrication
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Ensure all FAA Regulations are complied with.
    • Ensure all Company processes related to Part 145 Repair Station are complied with.
    • Ensure all Service Center requirements are complied with.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Minimum Education: Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) possessing a current Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
    • Inspection Authorization (IA) Preferred
    • Minimum Experience: 12 years in related aviation maintenance field, with 7 years of supervisory experience (e.g. Lead Mechanic, Director of Maintenance, Lead/Chief Inspector, etc.).
    • Must have your own set of tools
    • Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening and background checks mandatory
