We are looking for a Senior M&A Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our client Capital Markets team focused on SEC Filing, Reporting, and IPOs. They're currently an Am Law 50 firm that's scaling their practices in Chicago, Dallas, and New York. We're looking for someone with big law firm experience that can hit the ground running with the team.

The teams compensation band is approximately $215k - $350k depending on the location, experience, academic records, and previous firm.

Who is the ideal candidate?

• Preferred candidates will be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• They will be able to advise a variety of national and international clients across the firm’s global platform.
• Their Corporate Finance practice represents lenders, borrowers, servicers and other market participants in a wide range of financing transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years in SEC filing, reporting, and IPOs.
• Top Am Law 100 firm experience with strong tenure
• Experience with leveraged finance, asset finance (including real estate finance) and/or loan workouts is desired.
