Our client is a full service am law 100 law firm that's growing in Irvine, CA. The complex litigation practice is growing and looking for an associate with 6-8 years of experience.

We are looking for an associate with experience in complex litigation with an interest in white collar criminal defense and investigation work with a willingness to learn about other facets of business litigation.

Minimum requirements:

• 6-8 years of practice experience including research and drafting motions.
• experience with depositions and exhibit preparation, motions practice, and discovery coordination.
• experience with e-discovery
• licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in California
