    We are actively looking to hire an Email Marketing Specialist at Nxt Level. We specialize in professional staffing services for full-time employment for our customers. We partner with some of the best Software and Gaming Companies in the US.

    This role will be focused on working with our recruiters to attract candidates for our customers. They will create engagement campaigns on LinkedIn, Email, and other forms of Social Media and Websites to coordinate calls with our recruiting team.

    We are looking for someone that's going to create raving fans with engaging written copy and/or videos for digital campaigns.

    So, what are the responsibilities for this position?

    • Content Creation: You can write email copy, LinkedIn inMail Campaigns, and LinkedIn posts that will drive engagement. This will be candidate focused to support the recruiting team.
    • Email Marketing: Identify target audience and grow email lists for our internal recruiters. Help build drip campaigns that are effective to pique interests for prospective candidates we have identified for our clients.
    • Prospect and Research for Recruiting: Learning trends within the recruiting domain. That means crawling the internet on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, MobyGames, and other social media sites to identify targets our clients are looking to hire. You will help drive lead generation for the internal recruiting team via outreach on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS.

    • Experience: We are looking for someone that's sales driven and will work along side the recruiting team to increase engagement on the candidate side of the business.
    • Smarts: You are constantly looking to learn new things!
    • Tech-chops: You understand how social media works and love getting connected with the virtual community and bringing it into real life! You're going to obsess about learning the technology and gaming world.
