    Our Client, an innovative eco-friendly period care startup, seeks a Vice President of Sales to drive growth through big box retail channels. This role is crucial for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to make a significant impact in the health and wellness industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Our Client's presence in big box retail channels, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and values.
    • Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in big box retailers, leveraging these partnerships to secure shelf space and promotional opportunities for Our Client's products.
    • Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the big box retail sector.
    • Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, implementing measures to track performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize results.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure a unified approach to market entry and expansion, product launches, and customer satisfaction.
    • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with big box retailers to secure favorable terms for product placement, pricing, and promotional activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven sales leadership experience, with a successful track record in big box retail.
    • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
    • Knowledge of consumer goods, health, wellness, or eco-friendly sectors is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team towards growth.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
