As the torchbearer of this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals and small businesses. Your primary responsibilities will involve the preparation and review of tax returns, predominantly for Individuals, as well as Partnerships, S-Corps, and LLCs. There is also the exciting opportunity to delve into trust-related work, should you wish to broaden your expertise. Additionally, you may find yourself involved in accounting tasks such as compilations and general consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Lead and oversee tax compliance for individual and small business clients.

\- Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams to schedule tax engagements.

\- Prepare and meticulously review individual and small business tax returns.

\- Address client issues promptly, accurately, and professionally.

Qualifications:

\- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

\- Approximately 5 years of tax experience in public accounting, demonstrating expertise in preparing and reviewing returns, client interaction, and account management.

\- Proficient in individual tax returns; experience with Partnerships, S-Corps, and LLCs is advantageous.

\- Self-motivated and accountable, with a genuine passion for client service.

\- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
