Our client is a full service am law 100 law firm that's growing in Irvine, CA. The complex litigation practice is growing and looking for an associate with 6-8 years of experience.

Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, as well as court experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with legal research, drafting motions and briefs, managing complex e-discovery, preparing deposition outlines and exhibits, and with skills in fact investigation and fact development.

Minimum requirements:

• 5-20 years of practice experience in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice.
