    • Have deep understanding of how game systems interact with and build upon each other to form endgame loops

    • Have a solid background in mathematics and statistics; we need somebody who can intuitively estimate power creep and call out game-breaking issues

    • Have experience creating and maintaining power curves

    • Have strong communication and presentation skills

    • Have strong convictions, loosely coupled

    Core Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with all design disciplines to create and implement engaging progression systems and game features.

    • Own the game progression systems, leveling, unlocking of mechanics, etc.

    • Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the team and design department.

    • Experience owning, iterating, and tuning game economies, cash/loot, XP, and similar resources.
