  • Responsibilities

    Our client is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their Commercial Litigation Practice in Boise, ID.

    Ideal candidates at the entry/junior level will possess a strong academic background, practical law firm or law school experience (law review, law journal, moot court, or trial advocacy team), and/or judicial clerkship experience. Mid-level candidates preferably will have up to five years of experience working at top tier law firms in complex litigation matters. We are open to considering candidates outside of the five-year range as well. We are seeking applicants who bring an energetic personality, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Excellent legal research and writing skills are required.

    What are the minimum requirements for the job?

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial litigation.
    • Top tier education within the top 50% of their class.
    • Experience from a top University 
    • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
